at the bottom, by the green building on the left is before the I5.... 

dicks drive up, its four blocks south (?) ..... i guess its kind of like our all american...

in the center of town... a choir singing christmas carols 

a choir walked the street, as they passed, the lights of the buildings and trees would light up...

a walking block off the main street, a small four person band playing christmas songs.  
 behind them is a "meats" vendor.... polish sausages and braut...

right outside the town...

Pause, Rest, Worship....

in sultan washington, on highway 2,there  is a tiny little church just off the road.  "the wayside chapel" is supposed to always be open, for anyone to pause,rest and worship...as its open to all faiths.  .it has two rows of pews, its maybe 10'x10'.

everywhere you go......

everywhere you go,
there are these tiny drive thru espresso stands.

they cost the same as a starbucks.... and the wait for the coffee is twice as long....  and the coffee is not very consistent...most are pretty yukky.   in big towns to crappy run down towns... they are on every third corner.

the drive thru part is awesome.... there are a few drive thru starbucks... but none that are in close distance.

Ridiculous..... In My neighborhood.......

In My neighborhood.......  There are four 'regular' men, who
 are superheroes by night.  literally.  they have given themselves names.... and wear costumes!.  "They say their mission is to patrol city streets and stop crime".  They actually have families and are employed like typical folks during the day...

this is just weird....

i've never heard of this around where we live.... but around here,

its unfortunately kind of common.

"Do It Yourself Dog Washing"... you bring your dog to the location, they provide all the necessary equipment for you to wash your own pet.  you use THEIR things..... to wash YOUR dog.

I thought this might be a neat way to share different things....
visually, along with explanations.



THESE CARS ARE EVERYWHERE
everywhere. one day last week, i counted just about thirty smart cars and bugs.
people drive like morons here.  its fun to watch people try to parallel park, but quickly becomes annoying.
i do like to see the smart car on the street, its like a moving toddler's shoe.... but the beetle, jeez... and their owners....  ridiculous.
